Here’s the family chowing down on some barbecued chicken on skewers. Got the recipe from Christina’s Food Chicken was incredibly delicious. Mom hadn’t gotten enough chicken so I decided to instead add some vegetables in between the chunks. Still can’t get over how good they tasted. The only difference being, it’s a lot harder to get red wine vinegar in Dubai so I used a cap-full of blended scotch. Thanks to lifeisawow for the recipe. (I had four of them!)

God, I’m so excited!!! VIVA PORTUGAL!!! Aside from Portugal, I’ll also be supporting Netherlands and Denmark; in the order; Portugal Denmark Netherlands. (Portugal because I’m closely related and will be rooting for them no matter who they’re playing against. Netherlands because of their performance in the last Euro and last FIFA. And Denmark because of the way they played in the Euro qualifiers this year.) And as luck would have it, all of the teams I’m supporting have been thrown into the same group (B)… with Germany…
